Meals – Monday – March 2, 2015

Breakfast:

  • Cookies and cream Quest bar (Pre-workout) – 7:00 AM
  • Vanilla Quest Protein Shake with Almond Milk (Post-Workout) – 8:30 AM

Lunch:

  • Salad from Fresh and Co. with Kale, Mesclun, Apples, Hard-boiled egg, Grilled Chicken, and Avocado with a chipotle vinaigrette – 2:30 PM (This is late for me)

Snack:

  • Banana – 4:00 PM

Dinner:

  • Grilled chicken with brown rice and roasted red peppers and jalapenos – 5:30 PM

Snack: 

  • Apple – 7:30 PM
