Breakfast:

  • Cookies and cream Quest protein bar (Pre-workout) – 5:45 AM
  • Quest Vanilla protein shake with Almond Milk (Post-workout) – 7:20 AM
  • 2 Eggs – 7:20 AM
  • 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats with Organic Apple Sauce, 1 Tbsp Raw Honey, and Cinnamon – 7:20 AM

Snack:

  • Banana – 11:05 AM

Lunch:

  • Salad from Europa with Mixed Kale, Seasoned Chicken, Avocado, Hard Boiled Egg, and Bacon with an Avocado Vinaigrette – 1:00 PM

Snack:

  • Apple – 4:00 PM

Dinner:

  • Grilled chicken, brown rice, roasted red peppers, jalapenos – 8:30 PM
  • Bowl of PaleoCrunch Apple Granola (Whole Foods) with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk – 8:40 PM
