Meals – March 4, 2015

Breakfast:

  • Green smoothie with spinach, kale, bananas, almond butter,raw honey, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice – 10:15 AM

Lunch:

  • Grilled chicken, 1/4 brown rice, roasted red peppers, jalapenos – 1:00 PM

Snack:

  • Apple – 3:50 PM

Pre-workout:

  • Cookies and cream Quest protein bar – 8:00 PM

Dinner:

  • Amazing stuffed mushrooms curtesy of the amazing chef Lisa Jablonski – 10:15 PM
  • Pan seared scallops and shrimp over Julienned zuchinni (See the recipe!) – 10:30 PM (I try not to eat this late, but I got stuck at the gym extra late tonight)
