Meals – March 6, 2015

Breakfast:

  • Omelette with Ham, Turkey Sausage, Onions, and Mushrooms – 10 AM
  • Few slices of Bacon – 10 AM
  • 2 Pieces of Whole Wheat Toast – 10 AM

Dinner: 

  • Sushi with Brown rice – 7:30 PM

I usually never skip a meal but that large breakfast kept me full all day!
