- Larabars are Paleo and clean, I highly recommend them as a midday snack or breakfast bar. The do contain a good amount of sugar from the dates, but 1 a day will not hinder the weight-loss goals!
- Chipotle Burrito Bowl – Brown Rice, Black Beans, Steak, Hot Salsa, Lettuce, Guacamole – 12:00 PM
- Chipotle is probably one of the healthiest fast food options around. If you stick with the bowl and avoid the cheese and sour cream, you really can’t go wrong here.
- If you’re sticking to strict Paleo just cut out the rice and beans!
- Cookies and cream Quest protein bar – 6:00 PM
- 4 tbsp almond butter – 6:30 PM
- PaleoCrunch Apple Pie Granola – 6:30 PM (Bought at Whole Foods)
