    • 12 Overhead Squats (95 lbs)
    • 12 Chest to bar pull ups
  • From 6:00 – 9:00 (2 Rounds)
    • 14 Overhead Squats (95 lbs)
    • 14 Chest to bar pull ups
  • Etc..

Total Reps – 60

Cooldown Workout:

  • 500 M row
  • 20 Squats
  • 30 Situps
  • 30 Pushups
  • 10 Pull ups
