Meal Prep for Week 2

Sunday’s I like to prep some lunches for the week to make sure I eat clean while at work or before class, when I won’t have time to get or make dinner. This saves me the hassle of being pressed to find something healthy in a pinch.

Prepping meals for the week helps avoid making bad decisions when you aren’t sure what to get for lunch or dinner, or if you don’t have time in the mornings you can prep breakfasts. It’s not uncommon for people to prep all three meals a day for the whole week!  I highly recommend prepping meals on Sunday. 

These four meals took me just about an hour to prep. 

  • Chicken breast and wings 
  • Broccoli 
  • Asparagus
