Meals – March 8, 2015

Breakfast:

  • Cookies and Cream Quest Bar – 11:00 AM
  • Protein Shake with Kale, Spinach, Banana, Vanilla Quest Protein Powder, Almond butter with Flax seed (Bought at Whole Foods) – 12:00 PM

Lunch:

  • Egg Skillet with Potatoes, Onions, Peppers, Sausage and Bacon – 2:30 PM

Dinner:

  • Burger wrapped in Collard Greens from BareBurger with Elk Burger, Onions, Jalapenos, Hot Sauce, Bacon – 8:45 PM
  • Homemade Banana and Strawberry Ice Cream (Made with Yonanas Ice Cream machine from frozen bananas and strawberries!)
