Meals – March 9, 2015

Breakfast:

Lunch:

  • Pho soup with Raw beef steak, onions, jalapenos, scallions – 1:00 PM
    • I usually get some Pho when I’m starting to feel sick, the combination of spices in the broth always seem to clear me up and prevent any colds coming along!

Snack:

  • Chocolate Brownie Quest bar – 3:45 PM

Dinner: 

  • Chicken wings and breast With broccoli, asparagus and jalapenos – 5:00 PM

Snack: 

  • Apple – 7:30 PM

    • Pho is a Vietnamese soup that can be eaten with or without noodles, usually with chicken or beef in the broth. The broth is typically made from simmering beef bones, oxtail, flank steak, charred onion, charred ginger and spices. In New York it is fairly easy to find a good Vietnamese place to find some great Pho! But I would look in your area for some Vietnamese restaurants!
