Breakfast:

    • Smoothie with Spinach, Kale, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Strawberries, Banana, Cinnamon, and a Raw Egg – 10:15 AM

Snack:

  • Cookies and Cream Quest Bar – 1:05 PM

Lunch:

  • Salad with Buffalo Chicken, Kale, Mesclun, Hard boiled egg, avocado, banana peppers with a Chipotle Vinaigrette – 2:10 PM

Dinner:

  • Grilled Chick breast and wings with Asparagus and broccoli – 4:45 PM

Snack:

  • Apple – 9:45 PM
