Breakfast:

    • Smoothie with Kale, Spinach, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Banana, Strawberries, Barney’s Almond butter with Honey and Chia seeds, Cinnamon, and a Raw egg – 10:00 AM

Snack:

  • Apple – 12:00 PM

Lunch:

  • Ordered from Digg Inn! (Amazing Grass to table restaurant in NYC) – 5 Spice Meatballs with Bulgur (A wheat grain), Brussel sprouts, and Roasted Sweet potatoes – 2:00 PM

Dinner:

  • Grilled Chicken breast and Wings with Broccoli and Asparagus – 5:00 PM

Pre-Workout:

  • Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar – 8:00 PM

Post-Workout

  • Vanilla Quest Protein Shake with Unsweetened Almond Milk – 9:35 PM
