Lunch:

  • Grilled chicken breast and wings with asparagus and broccoli – 12:30 PM

Snack:

  • Apple – 3:00 PM

Pre-Workout:

  • Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar – 7:00 PM

Dinner:

  • Vanilla Quest Protein Shake with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk – 9:30 PM
  • Veg Master from Hu Kitchen with roasted sweet potatoes (Amazing dinner! This is a go to restaurant. Everything is amazing!) – 9:30 PM
