  • 6 KB Squat Jumps
      • Weight: 45 Lbs

Part B)

  • For time:
    • Double Unders: 100, 80, 60, 40, 20
    • Air Squats: 50, 40, 30, 20, 10
    • V-Ups: 25, 20, 15, 10, 5
  • Time: 13:21 minutes
