Workout – March 12, 2015

In Crossfit there are “benchmark” workouts that are done every so often to test how you are progressing and they are developed by Crossfit HQ

Tonight we did half of the benchmark workout Cindy (Normally 20 minutes, as many rounds as possible, AMRAP)

1/2 Cindy

10 Min AMRAP

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Push ups
  • 15 Squats

Number of Rounds: 9
