Meals – March 13, 2015

Breakfast:

  • Banana – 10:30 AM

Snack:

    • Apple – 12:15 PM

Lunch:

  • Whole Wheat wrap with Grilled chicken, Avocado, Lettuce, Red onion, Jalapenos, Bacon, Hot mustard and Hot sauce – 2:00 PM

Snack:

  • Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar – 6:30 PM

Dinner:

  • 1/2 Cobb salad with grilled chicken (No cheese) with a Lemon Vinaigrette – 8:45 PM
  • Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Broccoli Rabe – 9:00 PM
