    • Pre-Workout: Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar – 10:00 AM

Lunch:

  • Omelette with Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Onions, Peppers, and Mushrooms with a side of Home Fries – 2:00 PM

Dinner:

  • Grilled Octupus and Sushi with Brown Rice – 7:00 PM
