Breakfast:

    • Smoothie with Spinach, Kale, Banana, Cinnamon, Raw egg, Almond butter with Honey and Chia seed, Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, Cocoa powder – 10:25 AM

Lunch:

  • Steak salad with Avocado, Black Beans, Pico with a Lime Vinaigrette – 1:30 PM

Pre-Workout:

  • Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar – 7:45 PM

Post-Workout/Dinner:

  • Vanilla Quest Protein shake with Unsweetened vanilla almond milk – 9:30 PM
  • Sautéed chicken breast with Broccoli and Asparagus over Cauliflower fried rice – 9:35 PM
