  • 3 Rounds:
      • Deadlift
        • Round 1: 135 lbs (6 Reps)
        • Round 2-3: 185 lbs (6 Reps)
      • Handstand Push up Practice

Part  B:

  • 7 Minute AMRAP:
    • 20 Jumping lunges
    • 20 Hand Release Push ups
  • 4 Minute Rest
  • 7 Minute AMRAP:
    • 15 KB Goblet Squats (53 Lbs)
    • 10 Overhead KB Swings (53 Lbs)
