Breakfast:

  • Pre-Workout – Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar (5:50 AM)
  • Post-Workout – Vanilla Quest Protein Shake with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (7:00 AM)

Lunch:

    • Sautéed Chicken with Asparagus and Broccoli over Cauliflower fried rice (12:30 PM)

Snack:

  • Apple Pie PaleoCrunch Granola (6:00 PM)

Dinner:

  • Baked Buffalo wings (Recipe to be posted!) (8:45 PM)
