  • Apple – 10:30 AM

Lunch:

    • Whole wheat wrap with Grilled Chicken, Lettuce, Onion, Sweet Peppers, Avocado, and Hot Sauce – 12:30 PM

Pre-Workout:

  • Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar – 7:45 PM

Post-Workout/Dinner:

  • Baked Buffalo Wings – 10:00 PM
