- Whole wheat wrap with Grilled chicken, Avocado, Mustard, Hot sauce, Onions, Sweet peppers, Lettuce, and Tomato – 12:35 PM
Dinner:
- Sautéed chicken with Broccoli and Asparagus over Cauliflower fried rice – 5:45 PM
Pre-Workout:
- Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar – 7:15 PM
Post-Workout:
- Avocado and Spicy Sausage stuffed Mushrooms – 10:00 PM
