Meals – March 19, 2015

Breakfast:

  • Turkey and mustard sandwich on Ezekiel bread (I have no food left at all!!) – 10:30 AM

Lunch:

    • Whole wheat wrap with Grilled chicken, Avocado, Mustard, Hot sauce, Onions, Sweet peppers, Lettuce, and Tomato – 12:35 PM

Dinner:

  • Sautéed chicken with Broccoli and Asparagus over Cauliflower fried rice – 5:45 PM

Pre-Workout:

  • Cinnamon Bun Quest Bar – 7:15 PM

Post-Workout:

  • Avocado and Spicy Sausage stuffed Mushrooms – 10:00 PM
