  • Steel Cut oats with Hampton’s Raw Honey, Organic Apple Sauce, and Cinnamon – 8:20 AM

Snack:

    • Ezekiel Toast with Almond Butter and Honey – 10:30 AM

Lunch:

  • Sautéed Chicken with Black Beans, Sautéed onions and peppers, over Brown Rice – 12:15 PM

Snack:

  • Apple – 2:30 PM

Pre-workout:

  • Quest Protein Bar – 4:30 PM
  • Vanilla Quest Protein Shake – 7:30 PM

Dinner:

  • Baked Buffalo Wings – 9:45 PM
